Inspired by a pattern called Inauguration by National
Silver (click to view)
, it was introduced in 1939 and retired in 1979. My version, however,
is heirloom quality sterling silver & reflects the unusual floral art deco
design that Inauguration embodied. In classic spoon handle styling, the
length is eye catching at 1 & 3/16” long. The same sterling piece is used
for both the earrings and necklace pendant. I suggest surface polishing with
a cloth to allow the etched recessed areas to darken over time, as shown on
the earrings. See my
