Trillium designs are hard to find as jewelry so this
sterling silver interpretation could be a unique heirloom gift for a
wildflower enthusiast. It is one of my favorite flowers (click here) and grows in
the untended edges of our property in Western North Carolina. I use to
think it was native to Appalachia, but have learned that it grows in many
areas of the United States. The trillium measures approximately ˝ inch
across. The Trillium Dainty Pearls Necklace is especially pretty,
featuring 12 white freshwater pearls and the trillium on sterling silver, as
shown in the second photograph. It is adjustable from 17 to 19 inches
in length. For other pretty flower designs, check out my
Lady’s
slipper, Dogwood, Bleeding Heart, and
Columbine. The Trillium is approximately 1/2 inch wide.
